Josh completed his law degree and training contract before directly joining the property department of his previous firm.
He joined Williams & Co in February 2016 and is a partner in the property team.
With expertise in a wide range of property matters Josh has dealt with various commercial property matters – ranging from the purchases of large scale industrial sites to assisting small business in lease negotiations.
In addition, Josh has a regular client base of residential investors and developers for whom he acts on both sales, purchases and re-financing.
