Lisa is a Chartered Legal Executive who advises clients on wills and inheritance tax planning.
She deals with probate applications, the administration of estates – which may which include foreign and business assets – intestate estates (where there is no will) and deeds of variation, which are useful for post-death tax planning.
Lisa has experience of applications to the Court of Protection and dealing with financial matters on behalf of deputies and attorneys.
