After achieving a first class honours in her undergraduate Law Degree and a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course, Maria is shortly due to qualify as a Solicitor.

Maria joined Williams&Co as a paralegal in March 2023 having previously worked in similar roles after completing her university degree. Maria secured a training contract with the firm shortly after joining and has assisted on a range of transactions throughout her training.

Maria now specialises in commercial property matters including sales and purchases as well as commercial leases and licences. She regularly advises on commercial remortgages and prepares loan documentation and deeds of trust.

Maria has a wide client base, including SME companies and individuals building their property portfolio.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys going to the theatre to watch musicals.
